Prison Ministry
2 Cor 3:17
Men from Cross Assembly visit inmates at Wake Correctional Center in order to build up relationships through Bible discussion and fellowship. Our team, the YokeFellows, helps men come to know and walk with Jesus Christ.
Help men to know Him. Become a YokeFellow.
It has never been more crucial for men to grasp their identity in Christ. Incarcerated men are hurting, facing unimaginable odds in prison life. But you can make an impact and serve these men for the building up of their hope and trust in Christ. The opportunity to serve and connect with these men is far and wide. Help us get them to the side of truth. Are you willing?
The YokeFellows team meets each Monday, 7:30-9:00PM at Wake Correctional Center on Rock Quarry Road in Raleigh. Join us each week or serve as often as you can. All volunteers must be 21 or older, pass a background check, and are required to attend an NC state two-hour community volunteer training session.

I pray that you will be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ.
Philemon 1:6
Pardoned By Christ Ministries is on a mission to restore lives affected by incarceration—to offer the love that is found in Jesus Christ alone and to restore individuals and their families to our communities. Through various prison, transitional, and community programs, we provide Bible study, church services, and mentoring programs in both adult and youth facilities.
Pardoned By Christ provides a transitional housing program that includes teaching life skills, Bible studies, and mentoring relationships. Community volunteers and partner agencies provide spiritual counseling, life skills, employment, and transportation assistance. Our vision is to expand our transitional housing program throughout the Triangle area.

It's an awesome thing to experience the Holy Spirit working through you as you serve others. We get excited just talking about it—and you will too! Some ministry opportunities require short volunteer training sessions and background checks (at no cost). We can help you to plug into our ministry, provide education, and answer questions that you might have.
Contact us and we'll get you involved in serving God. May God fan into flame the gift inside of you!

Reconciling dads in prison with God—and their kids.
Partnering with Wake Correctional Center, volunteers gather at Cross Assembly to minister to 30+ dads from prison, their kids, and caregivers. One Day with God serves families affected by incarceration by teaching dads the Biblical perspective of fatherhood. We provide an opportunity for dads to apply those teachings by spending all day with their children to reconnect, reconcile, and do activities together. We also use that time to minister to the kids' caregivers.

Our prison outreach reaches incarcerated men and women, as well as their family members. We serve by building relationships through Bible discussion and fellowship, helping to reconcile and restore families, and assisting recently released men and women with the transition back into society. Partnering with Wake Correctional Center, North Carolina Correctional Institution for Women, and Pardoned by Christ, Cross Assembly fosters a life of true freedom found in Christ.
